I have recently opened up a Quicksilver One ($2k unsecured)as my second account in my rebuild (1st account is a $400 Discover secured opened in Nov). I've only had the card about a month and have used it extensively (it's become my daily driver and used for ~70% of all my purchases and already earned enough cash back to cover the annual fee). I know I'm in no place yet to request a CLI or PC, but how long should I expect to wait to be able to PC to a regular QS?

You can try after ~6 months from the open date. If you try the online link and it yields no PC results, you can always try calling as well to see whether it's eligible. I would temper expectations, though, since QS1 is notoriously known to be a challenge to PC. It may take several attempts until *hopefully* it can be a success.
Thanks for the info. I hate having an annual fee on a 1.5%card but I know that beggars can't be choosers. I'm hoping that heavy usage will help my odds for PC and CLI. My last dealing with Cap 1 was my first ever card in '98 with a $300 limit that I stupidly closed in '02 (hindsight is 20/20) when other banks offered me better cards with higher limits (all long before the woes that led me to where I am now).
