American profit recovery

I've been working hard on my rebuilding my credit the last 1.5 years. I have 2 more items I need removed from my report. One being Jefferson capital which I know they will settle and delete. The other one is from American profit recovery. Not to be confused with American portfolio recovery. But does anyone know if American PROFIT recovery will pay for delete? I can't seem to find much on this agency online and haven't attempted a phone call yet. Thanks for any info!
