Cap1 Goodwill Success

It was a long shot, but it worked. Fell behind on payments while in rehab. Currently working on my credit and decided to be transparent and honest to Cap1 as to why. Provided proof of LOA from work and proof of the rehab entry/exit dates. Got a call today that 6 months of late payments are being adjusted to paid on time. Time from sending goodwill to response from Cap1 was two weeks.  Nothing special about the letter, grabbed a template from google and made it my story.
