Hi. Congratulations. I need to do the same. I see you had an address in your message that you used to mail to. 
how did you go about finding the right person to contact?  
I also need to contact Capital One and wanted to know the best way to get to the right person. 
did you call customer service and ask who to write to?

Thank you for giving me some hope that if I keep sending letters maybe I'll have my 3 missed payments. It's very demotivating when they say they can't change information because they have to follow the FCRA. I had an excellent history of ontime payments prior to and after me getting laid off and finally finding a new job after months. Thank you for the address and letter. I tweaked it to fit my situation and will be sure to give it another try.
