Hi Norman-  Yes, I have the platinum with no AF. 

This is the information that came with the platinum when I got it at the beginning of August.   My credit limit is now $800

CREDIT LINE $300 credit limit (including cash advance limit of $300). Make your first 5 monthly payments on time to gain access to a higher credit limit.
	ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE 24.9% variable APR on purchases and transfers. No transfer fee.
	MEMBERSHIP FEE $0.

Got the Platinum in Jun 14 with a SL of $300.  Got a credit steps increase in Dec to $2,300, then PC'ed it to no AF QS in Feb 15.  Got the QS1 in Feb 15 with a SL of  $500.  Got a luv button CLI to $1,500 on the QS1 in May.  In August got luv button CLI to $4,300 on the QS and credit steps CLI to $2,000 on QS1.  Then I combined the CLs and kept the QS.

This is pretty much the same thing I did to get a $5800 QS card.

Makes sense to wait for credit steps increases before combining the QS.

Both cards have to be 6 months old to combine anyway.

I wish I would have waited to see these responses.   They actually let me PC today on my Platinum and I am only on my 3rd statement on that one.

Thats fine, you can still get the CLI now unless you already did it.
