Hi Everyone. First, I would like to thank this community for helping me. Today, I wanna share about my capital one interaction with EO office and would like to know if anyone else has experience this. So, I have a 30 day late from Capitalone and it was secured credit card which now its closed because it graduated. I had email the CEO last thursday and someone at EO office left me a message. I called them back this morning and this is what they told me. It would take an executive review to review my case, if it upholds, they will not change anything but if it goes all well, they will call me to talk about the process which I m totally unware of. Does anyone know what I can expect out of this? Thank you in advance.
