Charge off or Collections

Starting my repair process. I have 2 charge offs and 2 collection accounts. Which should I tackle first? Why? Thanks

Re: Charge off or Collections

My Fico scores range from 575 to 612.
I have 1 charge off from a utility company for 116$. I have another charge of from a furniture leasing company for 414$.

I also have 2 accounts in collections both for about 1000$. My overall credit profile has tons of late payments for my car loan but I'm now caught up. Haven't missed a payment since January of this year.  I'm current signed up with a Self credit builder account and a Self Visa credit card. Utilization is never over 5%. Also have a Kikoff revolving credit line with a 7% Utilization. I want to takles some of my negative accounts that have balances but I don't know if I should start with paying the charges or the collections first

Re: Charge off or Collections

Paying off CO's either settle or PIF will increase scores. CO's are like a maxed out card and affect your aggregate util %'s. Once a CA is paid. No scores changes at all.
