Before I use valuable cell phone minutes, does anyone know WHY this company would be fulling a full credit report??

I have not signed up with them.

I have not visited their website (other than my google search just now).

I have not changed my banking.

 Sometimes the company who you may be paying a bill to utilize CheckFree to process  payments.  When I received an inquiry from  CheckFree, I enrolled to pay bills using at mycheckfree.com.   

In your case, if you didn't enroll at mycheckfree.com, I'm not sure why you have the inquiry.

I do not understand why a bill paying service would pull my credit report though?

It appears that it is a third party website that pays your bills out of your designated checking account.  Is this correct?  Since they are not liable for any failed attempts, lack of funds, etc, why would they need to pull credit??

Have you recently opened new accounts (checking, savings, or some type of online bill pay)?

At that point (or prior to it), no.

The credit bureau immediately removed it from my credit report when I questioned it.
