Citibank late payment

Long story short, I was freshly out of college, in between college and a job and I missed a credit card payment for 60 days. This was in 2019, since then I have gerat history, a 710 FICO with 15,000 in credit line now and 100% payment history besides that 1 mark. How could I get ahold of citibank so that I can see if I could have the 60 day late payment removed? Email or Phone is fine.

Prepare and write a goodwill letter to the CEO. Explain what happened and be consistant with the emails. Goodluck!
