Closed credit card sold to Credit Corp Solutions, no PFD?

I had a credit card from Destiny (now Concora) for years without any issues, my wallet was stolen in mid 2023, I reported it immediately and still paid the monthly payment. I was in the middle of moving when this happened and I spent months playing phone tag with them to update my address and they could not get it right, no matter what apparently. They were rebranding/got bought out so that made it even harder, no way to update address online.

At no point did I ever get the new card, so I just closed the account around Sept 2023. There was no balance, but they continued to charge monthly fees, then late fees, then interest on that. After more phone tag they would "credit" the account to make the balance $0 and every single time tell me it was closed and wouldn't happen again.

Apparently they sold the debt to Credit Corp Solutions in March 2024 who now says I owe them $604, the final statement from Destiny/Concora says $206 in February 2024.  Destiny/Concora will not accept payment anymore.

CCS said they will mark it paid in full for $460 and that they dont "subscribe" to PFD but they can request it, but wont send anything in writing about it. What are my options really here? They said the reason it's so high now is because of "discharge fees." Should I even bother? From my understanding it being marked paid in full won't benefit my credit.
