Collection item question???

I had a payday loan collection on my TransUnion CR. I have since paid it but it still hasn't showed paid and it's no longer on my TransUnion CR it is now on my Experian CR and it still shows a balance. Any idea why the change?

Any number of reasons.

Did it appear on EX as unpaid after you paid it? The same CA reporting?

yes and yes, when it was on TransUnion I paid it. I was never updated on my TU CR, while it showed on there I paid it, August 25th. Yesterday it disappeared and today it reappeared but on my EX CR instead and it still shows a balance & unpaid.

You have two options-- DV'ing the CA or disputing with the CRA.

I am disputing it with Experian, they are tuff, so I don't see it coming off
