Victoria’s Secret was charged off and sent to portfolio recovery. I paid off portfolio and pr removed their derogatory from my report.

However, Victoria's Secret still shows as charged off and not removed. Been a year. What are my options to get this removed? I disputed on equifax already and I didn't get favor

CO's are next to impossible to get removed from any bank. Disputing wont do any good. It comes back verified, updated as a new entry and hits your scores. You can try the GW Saturation. But dont get your hopes up. Least the CA is off your reports.

You can't get the original charge off removed. It's accurate. Do not keep disputing. As mentioned above, you can try asking for GW, but it's a long shot.
