I have a few collection accounts that are reporting as INSTALLMENT accounts on all 3 of my credit profiles by:
Verizon
Midland funding
LVNV funding
Verizon was a charged off wireless account which I can potential be justified as an INSTALLMENT account because of services rendered per month would can be argued as a type of installment account.
Midland funding is reporting a 81 month payment history on this debt.
LVNV funding is reporting no 81 month payment history on debt but as an installment account.
Can I just file a suit in court and just take action against these companies and credit reporting agencies? What is the liklihood of winning?
Thank you.

No, it should report as "Revolving - Other" type of credit. Not an installment account. But it is not relevant to your scores.
Midland funding is reporting a 81 month payment history on this debt. Are individual lates being reported?
LVNV funding is reporting no 81 month payment history on debt but as an installment account. Again, are individual lates being reported?

Thank you.

When I am reviewing the tradelines via dispute portals online this is what they report
LVNV
Type of account: Open
Date opened: xx/xx/15 (Does the actual "Date Open") have to report the date the OC opened the account or when the CA "Opened" the account within their systems?
Creditor Classification: Financial
DMDFR: XX/15
DOFD: X/14
Months Reviewed: 12
MIDLAND CREDIT MGMT
Date opened: xx/xx/15 - Same question as above
Creditor Classification: Retail
DMDFR: XX/16
DOFD: xx/14
Months Reviewed: 13
Type of loan: Yes - Not sure what this means?
81 Months history reviewed: Dec-May positive green history... June reporting "CA"
Verizon is reporting months reviewed and type of loan: yes with 81 month positive history...
I am not seeing actual lates but why would a CA report positive history? Now do I just do normal DV to CA and CB?
