I have two very small collections accounts of under $100 each that are a few years old. Both accounts have been paid in full for about 2 years. I recently filed chapter 7 and had my 341 last month. Everything is reporting as IIB with the exception of student loans (which I know aren't dischargeable) and these two collection accounts which still show up but they do reflect paid in full and no balance. Should they be removed, or is it even worth trying to get them removed?

Full disclosure: No bankruptcy experience here
If you're concerned about your FICO scores, the paid collection accounts for <$100 are doing negligible damage to your scores relative to the fresh CH7.
There are some good threads on here on "Rebuilds after bankruptcy". I hope someone else with a similar experience can share their experience with you.
If it makes you feel better you can certainly try to get them removed, but as far as your scores go, the presence of the BK will trump anything else prior to that hitting your reports. The collections aren't doing any further damage at this point.
