When you all contact the CEO of companies do you just google CEO of the company? I co-signed on a car years ago and in August and September there were a 60 and 90 day late. The only reason I know this is from my lender pulled credit report. He is saying this is the biggest thing holding me back as far as waiting time. I have to wait a year from the date of that 90 day late. Anyway, I have since, taken over the payment of that car (along with my own) and it's now up to date. No one from the company called me until it was 60 days late. I tried just calling regular customer service and that got me no where. So how do I go about finding the right person to contact?
You are not likely to get any movement on this as this is how things normally go. You are essentially insurance and it is between you and the primary person on the loan for that communication. They don't have to tell you that it is behind until they come to you to collect. I'm afraid youre stuck and have learned the #1 rule of co-signing: Never do it.
Who's the creditor? Post that info and someone may have it and be willing to send it to you via PM or help you find it.
To answer your question, yes. Google is your friend. Doesn't mean its always easy to find, but that't the best place to start.
