I agree it's definitely addicting. Every time you see things go your way and get better, you want more. I feel like I can never put enough distance between where I was and where I am currently.

Maybe it's just me and my OCD/type A personality, but I find repairing/rebuilding my credit to be a little addicting. Lol. I tried last year to have a company help me but didn't like the results so I just stopped. But since then I've moved into a better apt, gotten 2 cars, my bf's income has significantly increases and our whole living situation has made such a turnaround so it prompted me to get our credit right in hopes of buying a house in 2 years.
I started in early March just getting my free reports and assessing my situation. Since signing back up for MyFico and coming on here, I've started working on my bf's credit (luckily his is more of a lack of credit than repairing), my friend who is like a sister, both of my actual sisters and I'll be helping out one of my sister's bf soon. Lol. It's a lot of research, time, effort and sometimes postage money but as long as they want the help I wanna help as much as I can. I want everyone around me to do better and I take pride in helping them. Lol. In the 3 weeks I've been back on here I've learned so much and have already helped them all out in some small way. I just hope I have success on my own credit now! Lol
I agree, I'm addicted too. It's actually becoming fun! I'm getting board with my re-building because I only have one paid baddie left. It's kind of sick in a way. But learning how to repair my credit has been like obtaining a Masters Degree in finance. I think I have done more studying about this "thing of ours", than I have ever studied in my 51 years of existence.
