Re: CreditCheck(R) Total

Can I assume that when CreditCheck is updated, then it is ok to buy my FICO scores...Lately I feel like my throwing money away looking for updates, when they are none.

I had a couple baddies removed from CCT. I pulled the next day on my Fico and saw a nice increase in Fico Score.

I am waitin on TU to remove some items so I can repull from my Fico.

Quick question  - I signed up for the free trial at $19.99 - with the intention of cancelling and getting the offer for $9.99/mo and using that.

So, I called and cancelled and they just said - "ok" - no offer to continue for less $.  I did say that i liked the service but it was too much... no bites no offers nothing ...... ahh shoot - now what?

Ok - so I am answering my own question - but I figured that others might find the answer useful.

I called to cancel my (rather than DH)  CCT free trial and was offered the reduced rate of 9.95$.  I accepted and asked how to get that also for DH account.  The rep said that once the account is activated all you have to do is to call CS and ask for "reduced billing".

It sounded from his answers that this is standard practice - so rather than calling to cancel and waiting for them to offer a reduced rate you can just ask for reduced billing.

Re: CreditCheck(R) Total

LoL.... I just did it 2 weeks ago and it worked...$9.95. You know, I'm thinking if they have been reading this board and catch up to the trick.... hmmm... I would call them again and tell them that you know people that are paying $9.95, and you want to give them your business if they match that price... (you won't loose anything trying...
02/2009- EQ 502/TU 516/EX 499
