Re: CreditCheck(R) Total

These people ended up giving me a MONTH TRIAL! I dont want a month trial because you can only get your report once during that trial period. I tried to just pay them and get rid of the trial and they said they couldn't do that. I did get the deal for 9.95 per month and they did tell me it is only the first 6 months.

Re: CreditCheck(R) Total

Does anyone know how I can cancel the trial and pay for the subscription so I can get my updated scores and reports?

Re: CreditCheck(R) Total

I think you'd have to call and ask them. They couldn't end my 7 day trial early...

Re: CreditCheck(R) Total

Just signed up for credit check total.

chopbroc, what do you mean by 'avoid looking at the PLUS scores'?

Those are the only numbers I see that look like FICO scores.

also, since experian isn't playing nicely with others these days - is this my Exp score or a fako?

very new to this - thanks for the info!

Re: CreditCheck(R) Total

I just signed up as well. I got to view my reports right away, even with extended Fraud Alert on my file.

The scores are Fakos yes, but I love the layout compared to Identity Guard and you can pull everyday. Needless to say I cancelled Identity Guard and will call CreditCheck Total soon and get the 9.99$ price.

Very nice.

Re: CreditCheck(R) Total

I would not buy anything from experian.  This is why they quit giving the public access to their Ex fico score.  They are hoping that everybody buys their credit reports, scores, monitoring services, etc.  They only want to make a buck.

Re: CreditCheck(R) Total

ok, i'm officially confused - I thought people here liked Credit Check Total because you could see the true FICO, not fako.

I understand the Exp score won't be true because they aren't sharing anymore.

Are ANY of the scores on Credit Check Total real?

How do I get my real scores?  Do I have to go to each CRA seperately?

Sorry to be so dim...

Re: CreditCheck(R) Total

No they are not real scores.

The only real scores are from this website myfico.com and you can only get 2 of the 3 bureaus now. You can't get Experian nor will you be able to from ANY other site including Experians. They say its your score on their site yet it is different from what creditors pull.

People like CCT because they are the only source in which you can pull the 3 bureau reports everyday. When it comes to FICO scores, the only site you can get it from is myfico and equifax (score watch).

So you're saying that you can pull my reports every day for free or just have the ability to? I can pull from here but they're going to charge me every time I do it, right? And if so, am I to understand that I will only be able to pull the reports on a daily basis for free once my 7-day trial has expired?
