I have been disputing and sending a pattern of GW letters, but they keep getting returned due to non-existant addresses.
I am purposely sending tailored letters detailing each situation to the addresses listed with the burueau that is reportings.
Can I request to get these removed due to inaccurate reporting?
I have the letters returned, as the proof to offer the bureaus....
any suggestions on "how" to ask to be removed, or statute to point to?
So you're saying the CA addresses from the reports (EQ,EX,TU) are not working? I hope you're not mailing GW's to the CRAs directly.
no......not to the CR directly.....I am using the addresses provided on the CR to mail GW or direct disputes to the creditor based on the addresses provided on the CR.
If you know the CAs by name, search here, and google for addresses that work.
well, I know I have addresses that work...some are original lenders, (federal student loans), my issue was because they listed invalid addresses in my CR, (an inaccuracy), can I get those accounts removed?
No. They'll update.
