During my time of gaining PFDs, some companies have the instant update reporting. For example with Midland, the TL was gone from all 3 CRA in a matter of days.
Others can take b/w 30-90 days with different variables factoring in the deletion (DON'T HAVE THAT LONG!!)
However, with others, the CAs have supplied me signed deletion letters with company letterhead. 
I have already tried faxing to both EX and EQ with my dispute number and report number on the cover sheet. However I have had no luck getting the actual deletion.
Key Points:
- Trying to close on a mortgage and rapid rescore has already taken place
- I have furnished my deletion letters to my LO.
- However, my LO tells me that my middle score will be rescored before closing, which is April 15th.
Therefore I am on a short timeframe, and need advice on how to get files deleted quickly, with deletion letters in hand!!
