Quick question....DOFD, is this the first late entry in a file? In my specific instance, a car loan went 30D for a month or two then it got back on time then it went bad again and eventually was straight and PIF. Does DOFD remain when it is paid current then derog again then PIF? Or does it move to later when it becomes delinquent the second time? Thanks.

By definition DOFD is the date an account went delinquent and was never brought current again .
If an account was late then brought current those lates are not DOFD.
