Use DOLA for basing SOL.

You can't always go by the DOLA being reported. When was the last time you made a payment on the account or used the account?

For me, I use CSC not EQ.

But I hear on real EQ reports, they use the DOLA field to report the DOFD.

I thought CSC was only for certain areas.  For instance when we pulled my youngest daughters CBR she couldn't get EQ, she could only get CSC.

The EQ reports that i buy from myfico.com.......they are pretty accurate....right? Can I use the DOLA from that to base SOL on........I would find the same DOLA if I bought the report directly from EQ right?

this is the confusing part..cause i thought that EQ was reporting the DOLA...but maybe i am safe anyway......if I am in TX (SOL is 4) & the accounts that I am wondering about say DOLA in EQ is nov 2003.....I should be beyond SOL

uggghhhh...it is hard to get correct info from CA, CRA, CCC...any of them!!
