It also doesn't look like they posted my dispute per FCRA § 623(a)3.

What would be the time frame that they have to update it to "consumer disputes"? I'm sure that I have a few different copies during the DV period that is still running.

So I bundled the whole mess and sent it off to EX. EX sent me back a "we verified" letter. There are a few days left on the 60 day letter that I originally got from RTR. I just might wait to see what they are going to do. Interestingly enough, I discovered the CA is not licensed in AZ

(one of the things that the DV letter asks for proof of) The last days are ticking slowly by...
