I got two completely different scores from freecreditreport.com and myFICO.com ... myFICO listed me as having a 714 credit score and freecreditreport.com listed me as a 605.I have no idea what score to put more weight on, or how lenders are seeing my score. Can anyone give me any insight?
freecreditreport does not have real FICO scores, they are FAKO. What you get here on myFICO is a real FICO score. Lenders use real FICO scores.
So my credit score from the free trial is an accurate representation of what lenders will get?
Thanks for your help ... I just am researching buying a house in the next year or so and I want to start getting my ducks in a row to get the best rates.
Your free trial from here, yes. There are different versions of FICO and scores may vary between the versions. myFICO uses TU98, lenders may use TU04. They still should be realatively close.
