So I just got a call from the Exec team over at Discover about a letter I sent to them about a 3 yr old CO that was paid in full to them directly. The gentleman was polite but told me they can not change anything due to the fact they must report accurate information to the CB's and they must be fair to everyone.
I guess ill have to send another letter and hope it lands on a good lap.

Keep trying, one of my old charges off was with BoA and even though it was paid in full not settled, they still reported it. I sent 3 GW letters and only on the 4th they agreed to remove it. It just depends on who the letter lands on, if its a person with a heart and not a chip they will help.
What you gotta lose another .40cents on a stamp? keep sending and hope for the best.
