Disputed Item deleted from one report but not the other.

So an old baddie came up from like 8 years ago and I knew it was to old to be on there so I called Transunion and did a distpute.  In the 3 weeks it took them to respond it also popped up on Experian, so I did a dispute with them also.  TU came back and said it validated and would remain on my CR, I just got an email from Experian and they said they couldn't validate it and would delete it.

Should I dispute it with TU again and tell them that Experian could not validate or leave that part out, or will the fact that it got deleted from one makes it way to the other one and be deleted anyways?

One CRA doesn't care what the other one does.

If you can prove the debt is beyond the CRTP, send a direct dispute to the creditor reporting.
