Do closed accounts effect utilization

Hello I was wondering if I have an account that is in good standing but was closed a year ago will effect my utilization. I'm PIF all my open accounts but I was wondering if I don't pay this one account off completely will my utilization still be 0? When it was open it was a revolving account....it's a Kay jewelers credit account.... Any info would be greatly appreciated! Thanks Smiley Happy
