Do comments/descriptions hurt fico??

i sent goodwill to get lates removed from a creditor. They deleted one of the lates ( a 60 day from 3 years ago) and left a (30 day late) from 2 years ago. The account is paid off and reflected that way on my CR. I got a SW alert that my score decreased 45 pts... After I regained consciousness I checked my report. Now the TL only has 1 30 day late ever on it but they updated the last activity date and description on the account from "closed or paid account/zero balance" to "closed or paid account/zero balance - account closed by credit grantor".

Is is it the latter piece that hurt my score? That's the only thing that changed .. Because I would think getting rid of a 60 day late would make the score go up not down... Should I write them again to ask them to remove this description? EQ is the only CR where the y have the closed by credit grantor notation.

Any input would be appreciated.

Who closes an account has no bearing on your score. What is SW?

The status date came current so in Ficos eyes it looks like a new CO or problem account. The closed by comments have no bearing on Fico scoring. You need to continue GW letters until that last 30 day late is gone.
