Yes they are both reporting the debt. I state that on the fact that both entries (Enhanced and ICS) show "status: in collection" and both show the exact same amount on behalf of AT&T.
While I am disputing that I owe this debt at all, I can not conceive that I would have owed AT&T two different bills with two different account #s for the exact same amount.
Therefore, I assume it is the same bill, same debt, same everything.
What is ridiculous is that you attack every post I make.
My point was that in "Should I sue" the OP found the CA on their report and DV'ed AFTER that, and you stated: "They can even report after a dunning letter is sent but not after they receive your DV or before they validate. "
.....yet here your advice is that if the CA was already reporting, it's okay. They both can't be right.
Have you ever tried contacting AT&T. I'm sure you said something in one of your posts. Sorry, I apologize for the hijacking of your thread with the disagreement between the two of us.
Yes I called AT&T when I received ER's dunning letter around early 2012 and they couldn't find anything in their past collections. I have had AT&T as my carrier for many years and I don't recall a time when I didn't have them (forcing a final bill). However, having said this I'm wondering if the bill is so old it is beyond SOL. I will call AT&T again tomorrow and see if someone else can find a past due account.

I PM'd you.
