About 16 months ago I contacted Verizon about an old wireless bill that owed around $300 on. At the time I was able to negotiate the amount down to $125 but they were firm that they don't do PFDs. I went ahead & paid the $125 thinking I might have some success at some point with a goodwill letter. Well, after 16 months and 16 letters (& 16 return phonecalls from them), they absolutely refuse to do anything about this. I've tried several offices & even tried writing the CEO & no luck. Has anyone had luck with them? Is there anyone I can contact to possibly have this removed? Or, am I just out of luck on this and I'll have to wait until early 2017 for it to fall off.
