Dont know what else to do...PLEASE HELP

So I got the best surprise ever from score watch, I was at home so sad about the lack of increase in my score when an alert came through telling me my score went up to 614, thats 28 points up from last month. It said that it was due to one of my negative accounts not hurting me as much. I think it was a late payment from last January. This is so encouraging, I am due to pull my credit mid month after I pay down my cards.

Good for you!!  I got a scorewatch also today saying that my score went up......2pts!  Every little bit helps.  I am looking forward to seeing an increase when my zero balances report.

Still need advice on my Macys account, Who do I DV? or PFD? Macys or the Collection agency that is not reporting on my credit but Macys insists that I speak with? I need to get this resolved but I want to do it correctly so that it gets deleted from my credit report.
