I initiated a dispute on May 24, 2011 and per the nofications I have received the resolution date should be today 6/24/2011 is it unusual not to have your dispute results by the specified date?

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I checked it and it is still showing pended. Also, I called and they seemed as puzzled as I as to why it does not show completed.
give it a little bit more time. if i remember correctly, after you submit dispute online, it tells you to give them 30-45 days.
