EQ is messed up !!!

Can anyone ever get an online dispute going with EQ ? They first tell me i'm not serviced by EQ but by CSC . So I get with CSC and they say i'm serviced by EQ, after i've given them all my info. Is EQ really this messed up or are they trying to avoid any correction we are trying to make?? Is anyone out there clever enough to get through this joke by EQ???

Thanks (Tim) for getting back with me. And the answer is no I have been living in this same area for about 5yrs. I'm going to try the link you gave me and see if it works thanks a lotttttt. I'll tell ya if it works for me.

Read around the Forums - online disputes with CRAs are seldom effective and do not help build your case to the same degree as written CMRRR letters. To the untrained eyes of a judge, a printout of a web page represents much less than an old battered USPS signed GC.

Thanks for the reply (demed) I think I'll try the letter. And by the way (Tim) it did it again EQ said use CSC and CSC said use EQ. I wish they would have to go through this process themselves and see how it feels. Thanks folks for the help.
