Your listings will be correct...the OC and a CA can report at the same time...as long as the OC is reporting a $0 balance...so you should be trying to PFD the CA...and GWing the OC...

deemed, I sent a letter stating they had 7 days to remove this account.  I didn't sent it right away because life happened.  Anyway, tomorrow Thursday, December 4, 2008 would be day 7 and this morning I pulled up TC and the account was updated.

I plan to send the ITS letter if it is not taken off tomorrow.  I will mail it on Friday.  Can I also send a ITS to the OC who is reporting this?  I mean it is them who is reporting it twice also.  They had to send the duplicate.  

Also, if it goes to court do they have to pay for each month of the infracture?

You can safely send ITS letters to both and proceed in parallel. However, if you end up filing suits, when you file, get different court dates. You don't want them both in the same room on the same day.
