My EQUIFAX report dropped 3 open credit card accounts, as well as not updating my car loan account. Looks like it got stuck at one point. While other 2 credit bureaus are reporting accounts on time and still have those 3 credit card accounts on file.
Is anyone else having issues with EQUIFAX?

I called them and talked to a supervisor. She searched for multiple files and said they just have only 1 file and they are claiming they dont have those accounts reported to them ever. What a liar. I have been checking the report daily from Equifax Complete Advantage Plan and they were there till May30 and then they started deleting 1 by 1 every day. That is definitely by Equifax reporting system.
I cancelled Complete Advantage Plan and hoping to get those accounts back on my credit report some day. American Express do have a credit reporting department where i can call to and they said they will re-insert those accounts. I dont know if DISCOVER & CITI have such department where i can call..
I am so disappointed with EQUIFAX. What kind of crappy system this is. My score dropped 10 points as those were deleted. Those accounts had a very good payment history and high credit limits.
One of the 3 of my acconts those were deleted by EQUIFAX, came back yesterday when AMEX posted new statement balance. Hoping for the other 2 (DISCOVER, CITI) comes back as well with new statement balance reporting. CITI is due to post to today. Will see.
