What is my next step if Experian sends me a letter saying that the disputed items have been previously verified and they refuse to dispute?

Did you send a DV to the creditor? (unsure of whether it's the OC or CA) If so, what happened there??

BK 7 discharge 06.24.2020 No Fico score at all.

I sent what I thought was a good DV letter. No response from any of them. What next???

Wait 45-60 days and dispute again. If you continually (month after month) dispute the same item, your dispute will be considered frivilious.

You can send EX the MOV letter...but this is the standard response...I'm getting to the point...that this whole...DV...2DV...dispute with the CRAs thing...DOES NOT WORK...I an yet to see this work...where the CRAs actually delete...the account that the CA fails to validate...
