I'm confused. Is there or is there not early exclusions with the 3 CB's?
I as told by a TU rep that a 9K CO would fall off 6 months early via EE. It in fact did in 6/2020. My next one CO hits the 7 year mark 5/2021 so I called today to confirm that it too would delete 6 months earlier like my first EE with them. The rep told me it wouldn't and gave me the 7 year fall off date.
In addition, I called Experian today in hopes of benefiting from the reported 3 month EE. My hopes were/are high since the official CR from EX reports a falloff date that is 3 month earlier than the 7 year date. Either way the rep told me today that they don't do EE and quoted the 7 year date. I'm assuming that the date on the CR is valid but if it is, where in the world is the rep geting her info on my fall off date?
Equifax has always maintained that they don't do EE so I've never had that expectation with them. When I called, I was not surprised - I was told that they don't do EE.
Has TU reversed its EE policy? Does Experian have a policy? Do these reps know what they're talking about? What CRs are they reading from?
Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated. Thanks to all inadvance.

There really is no "policy". You can kindly request it, but it is not a given.
You cannot call up and say "hey, jusy wanna see that everything falls off 6 months early". You need to call when it hits 6 months prior to the "estimated date of removal" with TU. Also, you need to speak directly with a supervisor and circumvent any frontline CSR chatter. They usually do not have/know the answers and 99% unlikely that they have the power to give you the EE. Definitely just ask for a supervisor and go from there.
EX has been confusing many people lately. Always go by the DoFD because "on record until" is not the same thing. "On record until" has been confusing because they "bake in" 2 months of the 3 months that they "allow" for EE. You need to wait until 1 month prior to that "on record until" date to call them up and kindly request it. That still equals 3 months EE.
Lastly, FIs/CAs/etc. are notified when you request EE and the TL is removed. They can have the TL placed back on if they so desire as it is still within the reporting period. Again, this is reinforcing that you are asking a favor and not guaranteed anything. Some have reported that certain FIs/CAs are known for not allowing EE at all (probably due to either an agreement or always replacing the EE'd TL) that the CRA will straight deny EE when asked.
As always, YMMV/YEMV. Be happy if they grant EE, and if they do not, you are a mere 1-6 months away from it naturally falling off. I understand that waiting is not in our nature, but you must be patient and hope for the best, as you have already waited out the nearly 7 (or 10) years.
Good luck!
Couldn't have said it better myself^. Frontline CSRs don't usually know about EE. Always ask for a supervisor right away and then politely ask about EE.
Be careful with EE. I called EX last week and was very specific..."EE on both of the derogatory NFCU TLs, account# xxx, balance xxx, etc". They said ok sure...then proceeded to delete 1 of those, and 1 NFCU POSITIVE TL.
Naturally I asked them politely to fix this "misclick", and was informed "sorry, we cannot add tradelines".
