Email Address

Not sure why but an email address for Credit One seems to be impossible to get.  Have some documents I am mailing (2nd time...apparently never received the first time), but, I would also like to email someone in the credit department as well.  Any idea what their customer service email address is?  I'd like to try emailing and putting a read receipt.  Figured it couldn't hurt.  Maybe one of the two will make it to them this time.

Whenever I cannot find the email address I usually try to contact them via social media accounts and ask for an email address of the respective department.  Looks that there is a FB account and you might try to ask this route if they can indicate an email address for the department you are looking for. Do not send any sensitive info at this time and see if they reply first. Good luck !
