just use the email address on their site...if they do you like me they wont answer anyway. I sent 2 letters and 3 emails with no reply. I searched this site and found they have given other people deletions but not me so I took a grievance with the BBB of Minnesota. They took my case and said that IC has until 7/8/13 to reply. Another poster said that she just recieved a letter saying that it was a true and honest posting of a debt but they were going to make a "business decision" and remove her late. She said that was on/about the 15th of June but it hadnt reflected on her CR yet. I'll keep the board posted if I get any results.
Starting Score: GOT MY LETTER FOR REMOVAL!! I emailed I.C. Syetems several times and sent 2 snail mail GW letters to no avail so I sent a complaint to the BBB that they were granting deletion requests for some and not for others. The BBB accepted my case and notified IC of my complaint.
Today I recieved a letter saying the usual that this debt was filed in the appropriate status as paid in full. "However, to resolve this matter I.C. System is making a business decision to instruct the national credit reporting agencies to delte any reference to this account from your credit file."
YAY ME!!! Now let's see how long it takes to get it off my file. I believe I read that if your have a letter of pending deletion that you can fax the letter to the Big 3 and they will go ahead and delete it post haste. I'll have to find out if that is in fact the case. I will post what I found out!!
just go to their website and go to Contact us and use the info@ email address you see. That's the only one I used.
