Equifax Dispute Results Ready But Cannot View. No PDF File

Hello, I'm on a journey to better credit. I have disputed with Equifax but I cannot view my dispute results. I got my emails that says dispute results are ready but when i log in there is no PDF to view. This is what it looks like

Confirmation number: 115xxxxxxx

1. Submitted 07/xx/2021
2. Under investigation
3. Completed 07/xx/2021

Usually I would have a PDF file to view but I dont have that. What  can or should I do?

I have the same problem. I believe its on Equifax side. Once the pdf is downloaded and I go to open it, nothing is displayed. Dispute submitted 07/04/2021. Dispute completed 07/19/2021. Only way I was able to see the changes were through CreditKarma. And downloading a free weekly copy of my credit report from AnnualCreditReport(dot)com.

I'd call and ask them to mail you the results. It'll take longer, of course, but at least you'd be able to see it then.

Equifax has issues with their dispute PDF's showing. We can all attest to this. My PDF shows but it is blank. I would call in to figure out what options you have to get the results.

I'm having an issue with Equifax not updating my report on myFICO and Credit Karma. My monthly report was due 8-1-21 on myFICO and only TransUnion and Experian updated.

Many people have issues with Equifax.  They are the worst of the three bureaus.  I cannot even access their online dispute at all and haven't been able to for at least the past 2-3 years.  I've contacted them multiple times about this and they are beyond useless.
