FP trouble?!

Hello again wonderful people...

I have two good standing FP CC's however... on EX and EQ they are reporting the low balance.. great! 14 bucks... whoop! However for some reason its reporting on TU the old balance...

Why?

How do I change that? Do I contact FP?

And get this... I double checked mine and my fiance's report... my card is reporting on her report... good.. but how!? That makes no sense... I called and placed her as an AU but gave them NO information! I'm just wondering what the heck is going on here haha!

Call FP and let them know it hasn't updated on TU.

Did you give them her name?

Yea I did give the name but I figured you'd need at least a SSN before you could report. Sure there is more then one name of hers in the world! but it's a good thing... Getting a double dose of CC in good standing.

Funny thing is they said they wouldn't do the AU that reports to CRAs...
