Fall Off Date Questions

I have two negative marks (for the same account) scheduled to fall of 08/2014.  I have tried GW both companies (CapOne & LVNV Funding) with no success.  If I were to submit a dispute, would it come off sooner?  Is it worth it to send the dispute or just be patient for another 2 months?

Call the CRAs and ask for an early exclusion. Your success will definitely depend on who you get ahold of. If the first person you talk to can't/won't help then simply hang up and try again. Several people have reported greater success late in the day near closing time. Good luck! Let us know how it works out.

Disputing it would probably take just as long IMO. I would say wait for the two months or call for early delete.

Do they offer early deletions by calling?  I just tried TransUnion and the woman only offered to open a dispute.
