Falling into a new bucket...........

I just received from Experian stating that my one and only collection account was going to be deleted. What kind of effect will being in the new "no collections" bucket going to have on my FICO score? I hope it doesn't hurt too much. I do currently have a judgement and some lates reporting that will con't to show 2012. Anybody have a clue?

Thanks in advance!Smiley Happy

There is no guarantee you will be put into a new bucket. From what I know about buckets, I would say with a PR remaining, you won't be rebucketed.

No one can really say what kind of score change will occur if you are rebucketed, but if it is a decrease, most rebound quickly.

Whew!! Thank the good Lord! I sure can't afford to lose any points. I almost wasn't going to dispute it for fear that I would lose points. I'm ignorant about all this but I am learning every day. Thanks to all of you who take the time to input on these forums. Smiley Tongue
