Hello, I have a first premier card and it has been open since 8/07.  I was reported 30 days late in 12/07.  I was having problems receiving my statements.  Anyway I disputed the late because of that reason.  On my EX report it has been changed stating never been late.  On my EQ it was updated and still has the 1 time 30 days late.  I have not received the report back from TU to find out whether or not they changed it.  What should I do?

Stop disputing accurate information! A a single 30-day-late will not hurt your scores after 1 year. I would try to fix the other bad stuff on your reports that's hurting your scores.
