First Premier Charge Off

I have a charge off with First Premier from 2004. Has anyone had any luck with GW towards removing the major derog? If so, would anyone be willing to message me a high up person to GW?

Re: First Premier Charge Off

Is this a paid CO?  If not I would not even attempt it.

If it is paid there is nothing to lose by sending a GW letter.

Check your PM for the name of the CEO.

It is unpaid. They sold the debt to Arrow Financial Services.

Re: First Premier Charge Off

Hello Chadius,

I have two charge offs from First Premier and they've both gone to Arrow and I have not paid either of them.  They were debts from 2003 and they are scheduled to fall off early next year so I have decided not to make any GW attempts at this point.

Re: First Premier Charge Off

Well Here is the letter they send out thought people would like to see it. I have tried with emails and letters to CEO etc. I always get the same response today I received a letter saying they will no longer make any more correspondence with me related to the matter since it has already been addressed. So I say good luck and keep trying I am getting no where and this is my last baddie on all 3 of my reports.

Dear whoever:

This letter is in response to the correspondence we received from you on DATE. You requested that we make a goodwill adjustment and remove your First PREMIER Bank account ending in XXXX from your credit report.

This account was set up for you on DATE, and used for purchases through DATE. Due to no payments being received, the account was charged off on DATE, with a balance of $XXX.XX.

Negative information is removed from credit reports only  if it was caused by a documented bank error or fraud. We do not change accurate information and we do not remove negative information from am credit report in exchange for payment.

In DATE, this account was paid in full. This account is accurately reporting to the credit bureau as: charged off and paid in full.

If you have any further questions, please contact me at X-XXX-XXX-XXXX, ext. XXXX. Thank you.

Sincerely,
