Hello All--
Okay so the last time I posted I still owed Wells Fargo money for my vehicle. Now I have paid them off (in October) but they are still reporting me as 90 days past due.
1. Any tips on getting that corrected to pay in full?
2. Should i bother to asked them for the status change or ask them for a Good Will on my payment history since I have been late a tremendous amount of times? Or request G.W. removal?

I also have a few other accounts reporting poorly and don't know where to start. Is it better to start with accounts in a collections status or accounts that have been paid in full and closed but have a poor payment history?

Call and ask for a manager and tell them to update your reports immediately. You can also dispute it w/ the CRA's which force them to update it correctly, but only do that if you have exhausted all measures working directly with the bank.
To answer your question in bold - that's up to you. You can send out a batch of GW letters to all accounts at once, or do one by one, but it sounds like mass GW's is going to be quicker - I'd also get on it since it's the holidays and people might be more forgiving.
Have you gotten yourself organized? Get some sort of binder or spreadsheet so you can track the accounts, track when you sent letters, etc. Make sure you keep copies of EVERYTHING and document any phone calls you make (Name/date/time/employee #'s) etc. Keep copies of fax receipts if you can. Keep copies of your CMRRR green sheets if it is something important that you mailed. I usually mail GW letters regular mail but others mail certified. DV letters and the like should DEFINITELY be sent CMRRR.
Good Luck - remember, it's not a race, but a marathon. And don't give up. Think how much cleaner your reports will be 6-12 months from now vs. doing nothing and seeing your reports 6-12 months from now.
MY EX report used to be over 25 pages long!! Now it's 12. I have gotten SO MUCH crap off my reports just in the last 6 months.
