I believe they are a CA and on 11/10 they made a hard inquiry.  Experian's site says they did it with my permission.  Should I dispute that?

I'm in Utica, NY - First Source is the name of our credit union.  They did a hard inquiry with EX when we opened our accounts with them earlier this year.  Don't know how far afield they have branches, or if it would be at all applicable to you.

They are a collection agency. I have a hard pull on my TU report from them, I wrote them a letter on July 23rd asking for removal, they ignored it. I filed a complaint with the BBB, they are NOT an accredited BBB Business, so I didn't get the results i wanted.

I have mailing address if you want it... I have no idea, none whatsoever, why the CA pulled my report either. I dont' know what it was for and I never heard from them - nothing, not a letter or a phone call, in the mail did I recieve. 

TU will not let you dispute inquiries.

I just disputed to EXP via fax and hard copy to Allen, TX
