I'll call EQ about it. A CO can never be caught up, only paid/settled. The fact that the balance is the exact same as it's been for 6 years should make it obvious. Otherwise, what did I catch it up with, unicorns and pixie dust?

Probably because the 3 lates (30, 60, 90 days) that led to the charge off were a string that fell off as 1.

I wish I had much older reports on hand to share what happened with mine, but here is how they now look:
No DoFD listed sincw marked "pays as agreed" and well past 10yrs since account closed. Will likely drop 10yrs post "date reported".
"On report until" lines up with 10 years after "date last updated"
Way over 10yrs past date closed, will probably drop 10 yrs post last update. No DoFD listed anymore since marked "pays as agreed"
again, I see you disputed the account. Nothing can reset the DoFD, but disputing it can change account information, which probably changed how it was reported to "pays as agreed". That is exactly what happened to me.
Yeah, I understand what you're saying, I'm just saying I'm not going to let them. They're at the mercy of FCRA 623, I'm not at the mercy of FPB.
I get they're butthurt over the dispute, but the dispute was legitimate (they had DoFD as 12/13, then corrected it to the proper 9/13).
As mentioned, I'm sure even a front line CSR at EQ will see it's impossible to go from CO to PAG when the balance didn't move one penny.
