Sent a GW letter for DF to Chase on 4/17 regarding a 30-day late on her PIer1 card. As of today the late is gone! Just waiting for a letter in the mail to confirm "as of this date the card is current and never late." 
Just wanted to post to both thank those here who have helped and also to let others know that there is hope!
