GW ?

is it necessary to send a gw letter if the account is scheduled to come off your report in 2009?

I wouldn't bother unless you need to bump your score earlier than the date it will drop off.

What type of derog is it?
 
If it is paid off, you have nothing to lose with a GW. It will just help you now, since it will be removed now in 08 Smiley Wink.
